Yes — once we’ve surveyed and quoted, that’s the price you pay. The only exception is if we open up a wall and find something genuinely unforeseen (e.g. asbestos), in which case we stop, show you, and you decide before any extra is charged.
We’re accredited installers for both, which is why we can offer a 10-year parts & labour guarantee. We’ll fit other brands if you ask, but we won’t recommend kit we’re not trained on — it’s your warranty that suffers.
Yes, end to end. The grant comes off your final invoice — you never see it. We are MCS-certified, which is the only way that grant actually pays out.
No, and you should be careful with anyone who does. Every job goes through the books, every install gets a Gas Safe Building Regs notification, every customer gets a VAT receipt.
